Cancellation and Refund

KEUCHEN PARADISE – Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Since all our products are custom-made and freshly prepared, same-day cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
  2. A minimum notice of 1 day for regular cakes and 2 days for Special / Designer / Large Cakes is required for cancellation.
    A 5% processing fee per order will be applicable on all approved cancellations.
  3. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email only. Please send an email to:
    support@keuchenparadise.com
    Subject: “Cancellation Request”
    Ensure that your email includes:
    • i. Order ID
    • ii. Reason for Cancellation
  4. Once your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the same payment method used during the order, unless the customer opts for an alternative.
  5. All refunds will be processed within 2–3 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
  6. Keuchen Paradise reserves the full right to modify, cancel, refund, or provide alternative solutions to the customer at its sole discretion.
  7. In certain cases, refunds may be credited as Keuchen Paradise Wallet Credits / Store Credits, which can be used for future purchases.
