KEUCHEN PARADISE – Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Since all our products are custom-made and freshly prepared, same-day cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
- A minimum notice of 1 day for regular cakes and 2 days for Special / Designer / Large Cakes is required for cancellation.
A 5% processing fee per order will be applicable on all approved cancellations. - Cancellation requests must be submitted via email only. Please send an email to:

Subject: “Cancellation Request”
Ensure that your email includes:- i. Order ID
- ii. Reason for Cancellation
- Once your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the same payment method used during the order, unless the customer opts for an alternative.
- All refunds will be processed within 2–3 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- Keuchen Paradise reserves the full right to modify, cancel, refund, or provide alternative solutions to the customer at its sole discretion.
- In certain cases, refunds may be credited as Keuchen Paradise Wallet Credits / Store Credits, which can be used for future purchases.
